Fort Shelby Residences and DoubleTree Suites by Hilton is the redevelopment of the historic Fort Shelby in downtown Detroit into a mixed-use hospitality and residential property. The project transformed the landmark building into a 204-room DoubleTree by Hilton, an IACC conference center, and 56 luxury apartments.
